The PIC18F25K80-I/SP is a 8-bit Enhanced Flash Microcontroller with ECAN™ and nanoWatt XLP technology. The PIC18F25K80 include low sleep current for low power application, 1.8 to 5.5V operating voltage for building control, elevator control and industrial applications, timers/enhanced compare/capture/PWMs for precision timing control, 12-bit ADC for advance analogue interface and charge time measurement unit for easy capacitive touch user interface. This family combines the traditional advantages of all PIC18 microcontrollers - namely, high computational performance and a rich feature set - with an extremely competitive price point. These features make the PIC18F66K80 family a logical choice for many high-performance applications where price is a primary consideration.
