The PIC18F25K80-I/SO is a 8-bit high-performance enhanced Flash Microcontroller with nanoWatt XLP technology and integrated ECAN™ featuring eXtreme low power consumption. New features in PIC18F25K80 include low sleep current for low power application, 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage for building control and elevator control application, timers/enhanced compare/capture/PWMs for precision timing control, 12-bit ADC for advance analogue interface and charge time measurement unit for easy capacitive touch user interface. Charge time measurement unit (CTMU) supports touch sensing and advanced sensing applications.
